Brent Carter is an author, consultant, and thinker in the fields of creative leadership and organizational behavior. His primary interests are in understanding complex and adaptive learning behavior in organizations. Dr. Carter's current research is the investigation of psychological and sociological parallels in leadership between humans and other intelligent animals. He coaches senior leadership teams and is the president of AspenRed, LLC a leadership thinktank based out of Colorado.
